One of the cities oldest, and most popular noodle shops, Pho Hoa Pasteur is a Saigon Institution.
The restaurant has spawned copies all over the world and is worth a quick trip down Pasteur street, one of the few streets in HCMC to maintain it’s name after French Colonialism.
Admirably, it can’t be accused of changing with the times as the most modern piece of equipment in the restaurant is an aging flat screen TV used to monitor customers on the second floor.
I recommend the Phở Thịt Bò Gân, or Beef Tendon Pho…..
