Mount Rinjani is the second highest volcano in Indonesia at 12,224 feet above sea level. Located high on the slopes and just outside the village of Senaru, lies Tiu Kelep waterfall. We rented a battered and bruised Suzuki Samurai which took us to the foot of the mountain, our guide took us the rest of the way by foot. 3 hours later we arrived at our destination. The Tiu Kelap (Sendang Gile) Waterfall.
Locals say that every time you swim behind the main waterfall, you become a year younger.
Spectacular.
