Best of Sea 2017 | Chic Chefs & Sexy Seafood

Best of Sea is a celebration of Prince Edward Island seafood and Prince Edward Island Chef and restaurant talent.

From June 1st to June 30th, local restaurants will have the opportunity to participate in this promotion by creating unique seafood dishes that showcase the premium food products that Prince Edward Island has to offer the globe.

Consumers will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite dishes online, and winners will be drawn from voting for restaurant gift certificates throughout the promotion.

Pan Seared Island Halibut in a Khao Soi Curry Broth with PEI Scallop & Local Lobster Sausage, Fresh Egg Noodles, Bean Sprouts, and Fragrant Herbs
